I ordered from lacordee.com and honestly , it arrived faster than I thought it would . The tracking updated fine the whole way , and the package showed up in good condition . No complaints from me , happy with the experience .

I walked in thinking, okay, hopefully they actually have what I need this time, and they did. The selection was solid, and most of the stuff I was looking for was in stock. that’s all I really needed, so no complaints from me

I ordered a pair of hiking boots from La Cordée and had a couple questions before committing. The staff got back to me quickly and actually gave helpful advice about sizing and trail use, not the usual copy-paste answers you sometimes get.
You can tell they know outdoor gear, which made it a lot easier to choose the right model. The boots have been fitting well so far, so I’m glad I asked instead of just guessing.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that delivery took longer than expected. Not sure where the holdup happened, but it kind of felt like the box sat around somewhere for a bit before moving. Still, overall it was a good experience...

In my experience, lacordee.com was okay overall. I did end up finding what I needed, but the site felt a bit slow to me and not the easiest to browse around. The filters helped, though I noticed they sometimes seemed to reset in a weird way, which was kind of annoying. Checkout went through eventually, but I had to re-enter a couple of details and it took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked. I’d say it’s fine if you already know what you’re looking for.

I had to return something because it didn’t fit and swap it for a different size. the whole process was easy, easy. The instructions were clear, and I got the refund/exchange updates without any weird waiting around. I also reached out to support with a question, and they got back to me quick enough. Overall, it was simple and not stressful at all
